Green Mobile Repairs

WARRANTY

1. All repair has up to 3 months warranty for the parts that were replaced or repaired. but not acceptable for the device has physical signs of damage or water damage. and warranty does not apply for other separated components apart from the parts that were replaced or repaired. 

2. the physical signs of damage, are inclusive but are not limited to liquid signs, damaged LCD, Dead Pixel screen, backlight faulty,  crack screen, scratches screen, damaged outer frame.

3. it depends on what service or parts replacement, Green Mobile Repairs can treat a customer either with a refund or replacement if our parts are faulty. 

REFUND

1. Green Mobile Repairs does not have to give a refund if the customer simply changes their mind about the product or service.

2. Refund is only applying for the faulty parts or repairs happen related to the parts that we provided. 

3. Refund is only available within 7 days after the service is done with Green Mobile Repairs.
